What to Expect:  Hispanic/Latinos make up nearly 1/3 of the construction industry workforce.  Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data shows Hispanic/Latino workers have a greater risk for serious injuries or fatalities.  Reversing this injury trend goes beyond a language barrier and must address cultural differences.  This training provides a meaningful opportunity to strengthen connections with a diverse group of trade partners and ensure that safety is prioritized first, last, and always.
