Parking: 
Self-parking is complimentary.  Valet parking, if utilized, is $30 per vehicle, per day.

The Greenbrier's daily resort fee of $25.00
Morning coffee service, afternoon tea, nightly movies in the theatre, historical tours and presentations (bunker tours excluded), on-property transportation, resort-wide wireless internet connectivity, cyber cafe with complimentary high-speed internet, champagne toast in the Casino Club, culinary demonstrations, hiking trails, use of the resort Fitness Center (at Tennis Center or indoor pool), use of the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, local and toll free phone charges, and entertainment provided by the Casino Club's Beverage Entertainers.  These amenities are subject to change based on seasonality or availability.

AGCVA Chair's Installation Banquet:
There are a limited number of tables for eight available to reserve for the AGCVA Chair's Installation Banquet, on a first come, first served basis.

If you would like to request a reserved table for eight, email your table request to AGCVABanquet@agcva.org no later than February 8, 2024.  We do not need the names of the people joining you at the table.

Please be reminded, a request is not a guarantee. You will receive an email after February 8, 2024 with an update regarding your request. This email address is only to request banquet seating; please do not use it for other convention questions. 

AGCVA Convention Registration Policy:
All convention registrations must be received by Monday, February 12 at 5:00 p.m. Phone and/or email registrations are not accepted. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted by no later than Monday, February 12 at 5:00 p.m. Cancellations received after this date will be offered no refund, however, substitutions are allowed.

Please be reminded that your hotel reservation is entirely separate from your event registration. Please be aware of any terms and conditions related to hotel reservations and/or cancellations.
