AGCVA Strategic Plan 2022-2024

In 2021, AGCVA launched a new strategic planning process to guide the work of the association leading up to its 100th anniversary in 2024. This work built on the success of previous strategic plans to create clarity around the associations vision, mission, and strategic objectives. A task force comprised of state leaders and district leaders collaborated to create the plan outlined below.

Vision:

To build a stronger community as the leading partner in Virginia's construction industry.
