Reservation Information:

  • To reserve your room, call 855-766-3431 by February 10, 2025.
  • Room block rates: 
    • $337 (single occupancy)
    • $474 (double occupancy)
    • Please note: Run of house rooms may be placed in any room type throughout the resort, including the main hotel, cottages, and guest houses.  Rooms are assigned based on availability at the time of check in.  Guestrooms are subject to tax and $25 resort fee and 6.5% historic preservation fee.  A refundable deposit of 1 night's room and tax is required and rooms can be cancelled without penalty until February 10, 2025.
  • Once you have secured your guestroom reservation, please make sure to secure dinner reservations for Thursday and Saturday evenings. You can call the resort to make dining reservations at (855) 453-4858. Guestroom rate includes breakfast and dinner each day, lunch will be on your own unless you are attending a catered lunch function. Alcohol in any of the restaurants will not be included.
  • Dining options available for dinner include:
    • The Main Dining Room
    • The Forum
    • Room Service
    • Prime 44 West (additional $50 per person upcharge) 
  • The Greenbrier breakfast buffet is included and reservations for breakfast are not required. Lunch is on your own unless you are attending a catered lunch function. The banquet on Friday evening is included in your room rate, any dining arrangements made outside of the banquet will be on your own. The breakfast on Friday is included in your room rate, any dining arrangements made outside of the breakfast will be on your own.
Parking: Self-parking is complimentary.  Valet parking, if utilized, is $30 per vehicle, per day.

Resort & Event Attire:
  • Breakfast in the Main Dining Room:  No exercise attire.  Resort attire is required (collared sport shirts, sweaters, jackets, dress slacks, and walking shorts).  If denim is your preferred attire, well-kept denim in a dark shade is The Greenbrier's.  Hats are not permitted.  Children ages 10 and older are required to wear attire similar to that of adults.
     
  • Dinner:  Please refer to The Greenbrier's dress code specific to each restaurant when making reservations.
     
  • Meetings:  Business casual
     
  • Before 7:00 p.m. in the Casino Club:  Resort attire (collared sport shirts, sweaters, jackets, dress slacks, and walking shorts).  If denim is your preferred attire, well-kept denim in a dark shade is The Greenbrier's.  
     
  • After 7:00 p.m. in the Casino Club:  Jackets are required for gentlemen.  If denim is your preferred attire, well-kept denim in a dark shade is The Greenbrier's.
     
  • Chair Installation Banquet:  Black-tie encouraged.  Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit.  Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.
     
  • Saturday's Closing Reception: This year, we invite you to wear your most imaginative futuristic attire—think sleek metallic fabrics, bioluminescent accessories, and styles that blend technology with artistry. Whether you choose to channel a cybernetic hero, or a cosmic traveler, let your creativity shine!
