Davis Bacon Wage Survey in Virginia Starting June 1

This is to provide advance notice that the U. S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division will begin conducting a Davis Bacon prevailing wage survey in the Virginia starting June 1, 2018. We will be soliciting payroll information on all federal, state, local and privately funded Heavy construction projects active at any time between March 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018. Information received during the course of our survey will be used to determine the prevailing wage rates to be paid on federally funded and assisted construction projects in Virginia.

We would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to participate in our upcoming survey. You should be receiving a notification letter with more specific information in the near future along with a copy of our data collection form (WD-10). Our updated electronic WD-10 form including instructions can also be viewed on this site.
